Welcome to L&R Manufacturing, LLC
In 1981, Darel Reicks, along with his father Leo, started L & R Manufacturing out of a machine shed on their family farm. Together, they manufactured parts for local farmers and businesses including grain handling and livestock equipment. Three years later, Darel bought the business from his father and grew its operations into the current 36,000 square foot production facility.
In 2024, Darel sold the business to long-time employee Josh Nolte. Josh has worked as the companies’ Engineering/Design since 2010. Experience in the agricultural, industrial and commercial industries allows us to design and build parts and equipment to provide innovative solutions for any operation.
Over the years, L & R Manufacturing has gained a reputation for quality metal fabrication ranging from loader attachments to food processing and wastewater equipment.
